This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Jyra Home Solutions ("Company") governing your use of the Jyra CRM software application ("Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for your internal business operations. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the Application.
The Application is intended for use by authorized employees and contractors of Jyra Home Solutions for the purpose of managing customer relationships, job scheduling, invoicing, and related business activities.
You agree not to:
The Application integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.), Twilio, and Angi. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that customer and business data entered into the system is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. The Company takes reasonable measures to protect this data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
The Company may terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
