  • Customer data: Names, phone numbers, addresses, and job history entered by users
  • Communications: SMS messages and call logs routed through our Twilio integration
  • Financial data: Invoice and payment information synchronized with QuickBooks Online
  • Lead data: Lead information received through Angi integrations
  • Usage data: Log data, timestamps, and activity within the Application

3. How We Use Information

Information collected through the Application is used to:

  • Provide and operate the Application and its features
  • Manage customer relationships, job scheduling, and invoicing
  • Facilitate SMS and call communications between staff and customers
  • Synchronize financial data with QuickBooks Online
  • Improve Application performance and user experience

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure provided by Neon (PostgreSQL) and Vercel, both of which maintain industry-standard security controls. OAuth tokens for third-party integrations are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of data.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application connects to the following third-party services:

  • QuickBooks Online (Intuit): Invoice and payment synchronization
  • Twilio: SMS messaging and phone call routing
  • Angi: Inbound lead delivery
  • SendGrid: Transactional email delivery
  • Vercel Blob: File and photo storage

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the data practices of these providers.

6. Call Recording

Phone calls facilitated through the Application may be recorded for quality assurance and documentation purposes. Callers are informed of recording at the start of each call. Call recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed above as necessary to operate the Application, or as required by law.

8. Data Retention

Customer and job data is retained for as long as necessary to support business operations and comply with applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion of specific records by contacting us at the address below.

9. Access and Corrections

Authorized users may access and update their own account information within the Application. Requests to access, correct, or delete other data should be submitted to us directly.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive SMS/text messages from Jyra Home Solutions related to appointment scheduling, job updates, and invoicing or payment notifications. Message frequency varies depending on your active jobs and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
